Iron Mountain Air LLC provides HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair services. We do not service mobile homes.

2. Booking and Payments

All appointments are scheduled by phone.Payment is due upon completion of work unless a different agreement has been made in advance.We accept standard forms of payment (cash, check, or card—please confirm with technician).

3. Rescheduling and Cancellations

Customers may reschedule appointments at any time, including same-day changes. We appreciate notice when possible.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To allow us to complete our work safely and efficiently, customers must:

We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by weather, property access issues, or other conditions outside our control. Service is provided as-is. We make no guarantees beyond what is expressly agreed upon in writing.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes will be resolved under Nevada law in an appropriate court located in Carson City.
